I suppose that if you do pick up the phone, the thing to so is ask
'which card?'

A friend used to do that with the Microsoft calls, ask 'which computer?'.

Though I did get a genuine call after setting up a payment on one card
last week.

I sometimes put on my best "puzzled old lady" voice, and say "I don't
have a computer ... my nephew has, if that's any help?" They usually
hang up straight away.
