Unfortunately, as much as cyclists might wish it, the Highway Code is not
‘the law’ in relation to speed limits.

"Wanton and furious driving is an offence arising from 19th century legislation used by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to prosecute offenders who do not fit the criteria of the more commonly used road traffic offences pursuant to more modern legislation."

It is extremely unlikely that you have not committed it many times.
Watching the ground beneath the pedals rather than looking where you're
going - a very common action of chavs on bikes like yourself - would count.
