The weather app on my phone just pinged to let me know there's a
meteor shower tonight. Pity about the thick horizon to horizon cloud cover.

showers that involve H2O.

We have those now TAAAW - well a full fledged downpour. It certainly
makes sky gazing to look at shooting starts rather pointless.
