No noticeable messages from the usual people since the middle of last week,
but a few of the lesser known are still here.
This seems to be the case on all groups, so maybe the filtering on ES is a
little too heavy handed, assuming AI has any hands of course.

Well either they have not arrived or they on old expired threads.
Certainly I can see your reply, but little else on ES. I guess I could put
them in date order instead of threads, but its been this way for decades.
Its not just this group, itsmost of the ones I've tried even new ones.

I don't normally read the shed from E-S, but I just subscribed and the
same number of messages were present there, not expired.

So I suggest the problem is somewhere at your end, un-subscribe and
re-subscribe maybe?

I don't see how some get here, but others do not. Normally unsubscribing and
rre subscribing makes no difference and I've yet to understand why.
I did delete messages older than a certain date, so maybe that has screwed
it up.

No it cannot be me as ES has just unloaded some messages right back to the
16th November, but sadly not in this group.
It would be interesting if somebody started a new thread, as I see no new
ones at all here.
I will have to get rid on Outcrop distress when I move from Windows 7, but
since the latest Third is somewhat unreliable since the rewrite, I'm a bit
dubious of putting in all the work to try to remember all the hot keys which
are totally different. In the meantime the Microsoft new replacement for
mail is crap.
It does not do news in any case. The Outlook Express look alike
unfortunately does not work properly with screenreaders.
There are ad vantages in having news and mail in one package with the same
basic hotkeys.

No they just arrived from ES for no apparent reason, so I sent some
replies, but thus far nothing on this group. I've just deleted and
resubscribed to it and still nothing new.
As I say I can see replies from some people but no new threads. I've even
cleared and downloaded all messages with the same result.
