I have a (very) small drone powered by a lithium flattery. Nothing
unusual about that.

What is odd, though, is that when you connect it to the supplied
charger, the warning light goes out, and comes back on when the battery
is full.

Every other charger I own does it the other way round, or the light
changes colour.

Yep. Odd.
I do a double-take when I charge my bicycle battery -
the charger LED goes to "Full" momentarily before
going to "Charging" ..
My drill-driver charger flashes in "Charging" mode
and changes colour and to a solid light for "Full"
