A bicycle thief was recently sentenced, with the proviso that he completes
a drug rehabilitation programme, as well as a 'thinking skills' programme
focused on self-control, problem solving and positive relationships.

What a marvellous idea! That sort of thing should be incorporated into the
test of competence for cyclists.

It should help to solve a lot of cyclings problems, especially the
‘thinking skills’ - which don’t seem to be much to the fore in the cycling
world.
