I am unable to search using NZB Index and BIN Search. I've switched my
VPN on an off a few times, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?

Try reset Network?
Means you will have to log-on to wifi again.

Network reset removes any network adapters you have installed and the
settings for them. After your PC restarts, any network adapters are
reinstalled, and the settings for them are set to the defaults. Select
Start > Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings >
Network reset.
