At (or soon after) the time BBC HD switched to channel 101 neither of our
two boxes have been able to show anything.

Diagnostics show no signal.

I've looked on the Humax forum but nothing there about it.

So far I can't find an option to rescan for new/changed channels.

Anyone else encountered/solved this?

Cheers

You probably need to run a Factory Reset, followed by a fresh retune.
Hopefully that won't delete recordings, but it will delete Record Timer
Events etc, so take a photo of those off screen first, so you can re
apply them,

Probably just needs a retune. Still there in the non freesat channels, I was watching it at lunch time.

Or is that a daft question.

I remember the old analogue days of Sat TV, where it was very easy to set up
dishes, but I'm out of the look these days with the digital multiplex
systems used.
