Position Overview:-
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in SQL development and Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and possess technical proficiency in SQL querying and data visualization using Power BI. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:-
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
Perform data analysis, validation, and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making processes.
Monitor and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through data quality checks and data governance practices.
Provide training and support to end-users on SQL querying, data visualization, and report generation in Power BI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, SQL, and Power BI to enhance skills and knowledge.
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in written reports.

Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, SQL Developer, or similar role.
Strong SQL development skills, including experience with writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create interactive reports and dashboards.
Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices is a plus.
