Thanks for the various suggestions, but I'm not about to start making my
own bread.

Now, this is u.t.mobile after all, has anyone anything to say about the
recent Three 'upgrade' that has totally f*ed up my ability to manage
their service to me? Surely I can't be the only person suffering from
these SNAFUs?

Maybe if your message had started about Three with a afterthought about

You can try, but in recent years I've had similar fuckwittery from the
reassuringly far more expensive John Lewis.

It's a race to the bottom....

An oil made from vegetable(s).

Yes.

Put it in the mix as the ingredients all get kneaded in the bread=maker.

With your actions in mind, perhaps you should start your crusade rather
closer to home.

I’m not sure what sort of investment you made while undertaking a trip by
car that lasted six hours, with all the environmental considerations of
CO2, exhaust particulates, and tyre and brake particulates, just to
overcome your non-delivery of a trivial 4x400g loaves of bread. You weren’t
out of bread as that amount had been in fact been delivered. And have you
even thought of the £££ costs of that journey?

Google says the journey is 55 miles each way, and takes about 1h30.

Supposing the car got 55mpg for convenience sake, that's two gallons of
fuel, or about fifteen quid.

The cheapest breakmaker on ebay is £22.50 including delivery.

Just sayin'.

Anyway, to keep this mildly on-topic, you can download older versions of
Android apps from third party sites. This one has the Three app going
back to 2017:

https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&page=1&s=com.hutchison3g.planet3

and the oldest one there works on Android 4+.
