Mornin' from a dry, mild, overcast and dull day here in South
Yorkshire. We awoke to a damp, misty day with lots of very fine
drizzle. Temperature now is 16.7C (62.1F) with the barometric pressure
slowly rising at 1008.2 mB and RH at 65%. Forecast is for it to remain
dry and overcast for most of the day with temperature to peak at 18C
(64.4F) in the late afternoon and then falling to an overnight low of
12C (53.6F). There may be a few sunny periods around tea-time and
early afternoon. Have a great day everyone. Make sure you can stay
safe.
Sootie went out around 09:00 and not returning for an hour for some
breakfast. She's now snoozing on my bed. No sign of Tabby as yet today
but she's had a strange 36 hours or so. Monday evening she stayed
overnight in a secluded "nest" she'd made under the privet hedge in the
front garden. She stayed there all yesterday except for 3 short breaks
when she struggled to get round to the back yard for a late small
breakfast, small lunch and dinner. I left out some food overnight and
that was all gone by this morning. I hope she's going to be OK.

Morning all from Gloucester. It's dry but there's a chill in the air.

Have a zoom meeting to chair in about 10 minutes then popping over to
see youngest this afternoon
