Mornin' from a chilly but dry and sunny day here in South Yorkshire.
We've had BYT and mostly clear blue sky since dawn, but with a hard
frost overnight it seems to be taking some time to warm up. Temperature
out there is 1C (33.8F), with the barometric pressure now steady at
1016.6 mB and RH showing as 90%. Forecast is for much of the same
throughout the afternoon before we get any cloud cover, but full cloud
cover should be with us all evening and overnight. Temperature will
peak at 3C (37.4F), feeling more like 1C (33.8F) in the early afternoon
and then cool down to 1C before rising to 3C (37.4F) by midnight. Have
a great day as and when, but don't forget to strive to stay safe.
Tabby was here for lunch around noon yesterday and then ate a hearty
supper around midnight. No sign of her as yet today. Sootie was up,
breakfasted and out by 09:15, but didn't stay out for long before she
was back indoors toasting her nose and toes in front of the gas fire.
