Mornin' from a damp, cold, gusty, up to 40 mph from the SSW, day
here in South Yorkshire. So far since dawn today we've had some light
showers and a few very brief sunny periods. Temperature out there is
9C, but feeling more like 6C with that gusty wind. Barometric pressure
is now steady at 993.7 mB with the RH showing as 70%. Forecast is for
it to be overcast for the rest of today with heavy rain in the evening.
Temperature should peak at 11C, feeling like 7C, then cool to an
overnight low of 7C, feeling more like 3C. Enjoy your day, keep taking
care to stay safe.
Sootie was up, breakfasted and out by 09:20. She stayed out,
basking herself in one of those sunny periods before returning to wash
and start her midday siesta. Tabby turned up for an early supper and
also ate a meal overnight. I'm pleased that she seems to be fine though.
