Mr Lehrmann may not have $5mill, so is bankruptcy his only solution?

Would not his umpteen lawyers been aware of this?

Is much better.

Nope, his lawyers may have chosen to
do it pro bono or on a no win no pay basis.

> Would not his umpteen lawyers been aware of this?

Corse they would have been aware that he had
no hope of paying their fees if he had lost.

It will be interesting to see why they were stupid
enought to have anything to do with his action.

They may have been stupid enough to
believe that he would win given how
flagrant the defamation by channel 10 was.

Or are just prepared to do it pro bono
if they were stupid enough believe that
he ended up defamed by channel 10.

Yes, after all it was a He Said/She Said case with no physical
evidence like the rapist's DNA inside the rapee. Wota circus!

It is said it's cheaper to hire a hi-class hooker for the night.

Rape kits should now be flying off the shelves in Sydney.

Even with that, that doesnt prove it was rape.

She never denied that he fucked her,
even if he never admitted fucking her.

> It is said it's cheaper to hire a hi-class hooker for the night.

He never had that sort of money.

Rumour has it Kerry Stokes put up the money for Bruce's legal firm,
expecting to win. Like he did with Ben Robert Smith.

In which case he will be disputing channel 10's legal costs
when Lee decides on who gets to pay the legal costs.
