I picked up a RGBtoHDMI from TexElec
(https://texelec.com/product/rgbtohdmi-ttl/) for a different project.

But I tested this out on my C128 and HDMI monitor and it worked great.

Just remember that the 80 RGB connector on the C128 only works in C128 mode.
When you switch it to C64 mode, it will ONLY display out the 40 column port.
