I accidently cleared a notification without reading it. I couldn't find
a way to get it back. Is really no way to do it, in iOS v17.2.1, as
mentioned online? :(

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

What happens if you swipe down with a finger from the upper edge
slightly left of the middle?

Those will only show if I have NOT (clear/view)ed these notifications. I
am talking about AFTER (view/clear)ing them. I want to get those back. :(

Darn. Apple needs to add that since Android can do it. I left a feedback to Apple to add it. Thanks.

No... ...it would be a good idea.

People make mistakes and sometimes, what you've been notified of can be
important.

And likely losing a given notification is enough to jog one's mind.

Maybe... it.

....but why not design a computer system to be maximally useful.

If you accidentally delete an email...

....you can recover it.

If you accidentally delete a file...

....you can recover it.

If you delete a voicemail...

....you can recover it.

All of which use far more in the way of resources than it would take to
keep cleared notifications.
