To avoid having the logo image replaced on an upgrade in rslight, you can place the image in a specific location, without bothering to change the default in .../html/common/images

If you place the new image in .../html/common/mods/images and name it 'rocksolidlight.png', it will be used as the logo and will not be overwritten in an upgrade. This isn't new, so no upgrade is necessary for this to work.

Also, you can place a custom 'header.php' in .../html/common/mods. I've tried to make 'header.php' configurable in etc/rslight/links.conf and menu.conf so hopefully it doesn't need much change (just improvement)
