Well, this iMac's WiFi has finally completely died.

AirDrop doesn't work. (I hoped it would work via my router/Ethernet]

iStumbler doesn't see any other WiFi routers at all [even when I
couldn't connect, at least the WiFi would "see" other WiFi routers in
the area...].

So, here's hoping there is joy for me next month at the Apple announcement.

M3 in testing and (per some) is ready for production and one rumour has
it in a Mac Mini. The current M2 mini is very good - I've been honing
in on a Mini or a Studio given the great I/O on both.

An iMac (esp 27") with a M3 would be perfect.

I wonder if I throw a USB-WiFi dongle at it if AirDrop would then work?

If that were the only problem, I'd at least try it.

Just buy one from a supplier with an easy return policy.

:-)

Definitely. $15 from the usual suspect, so I'll wait 'til I have the
free-shipping amount in the basket.
