I like the oxygen blue solid and bold arrow NAV icons, I'd want to use
them universally-and-excvlusively instead of all the other dotted
grey-on-grey brainfart pukes. I go into System-Settings and the only
option seems to be to use 'community' derivatives of Oxygen, where's the
beef?
