Hello!

If anybody is wondering why Mixmin isn't accessible anymore:
The host Hetzner shut it down because it has been abused by spammers,
especially in the hierarchy de.*.

The operator didn't do something against it and didn't answer to abuse
mails.

Hetzner first just blocked IPv6 port 119 and 563 incoming.
Now they blocked IPv4 and IPv6 completely for the IP addresses, so
all Mixmin services cannot be used.

But when attempting to post it seems to always reply that you're
not allowed to post to any group you try to post to. It looks like
it's gone read-only now, like Neodome.

IPv6 is still blocked.

IPv4 port 119 works, but I cannot post to de.test.

IPv4 port 563 denies posting at all.
