Could someone verify that the download for the Portable version at

is slow as molasses?

My download speed is less than 20/kB per second with Vivaldi and not
much better with Free Download Manager.
I don't remember the speed being that pitiful in the past.

Yep. Mine was 12.5kbs to a little over 15.

-crossposts (sent to multiple newsgroups) at a time
-posts sent via Google Groups*

If you do the same, will the group will be easier to read.

*Eternal-September (eternal-september.org) no longer shows posts from
Google Groups to this newsgroup due to large amounts of spam still being
sent through it.
