This looks similar to Textify, a program that I posted about in September.

"GetWindowText is a small, portable utility that enables you to copy the text from Windows controls, including error messages, Explorer windows and other Windows forms.

Simply drag the icon over the text area you want to copy and the program will extract the text. Also works with directory trees in Windows Explorer."
