According to PortableFreeware.com, v2.1.969 was the last fully Freeware version.
https://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1520

Unfortunately, the download no longer works.

Using the Wayback Machine, this page offers a working download.
https://web.archive.org/web/20110105194010/http://www.radiosure.com/downloadz/

I used the Local Mirror. It can be installed as Portable.

According to https://www.radiosure.fr/, the updated RadioSure radio station database is on
http://rb2rs.freemyip.com/

I replaced the .RSD file in the Stations subdirectory.
There are now more than 45900 radio stations.

Thanks very much, Allan. That's great info!

John C. No ad, CD, cripple, demo, nag, pay, pirated, share, spy,
time-limited, trial or web wares for me please.

So that I don't see them, I filter out crossposts (messages sent to
multiple newsgroups at a time) and from various trolls (like "Bill
Bennett".)
If you do the same, the group will be easier for you to read.

Nice one!
I'll still keep my 21 bands radio, though. :)
Albeit it can only catch broadcasts from up to 3 foreign countries.
Gotta get me a better antenna.
