Hi,
Is there any way to set up slrnpull to also get the list of all groups
on the target server? I'm trying to get it set up, but I'd also like to
be able to subscribe to new groups once I switch fulltime

No, SLRNPULL does not fetch or add newsgroups to the group configure file.
The only thing you can do is run SLRN in live mode and have it setup to
display new newsgroups and then you add those newsgroups you want to view
and/or download to the slrnpull configure file.
