Surely, in a situatiion like this, you should be rushing to seek immediate medical attention!

Mr Skybuck Flying I recognise the behaviour that you are
exhibiting and the resultant medical consequences: it is the
classic symptoms of Asperger's, combined with reclusive
isolation and subsequent lack of movement, lack of sunlight,
pain and depression, and badly-disrupted sleep which is
ultimately a cycle / trap.

you *can* break out of it but you will need self-discipline
and/or "other people" around you and I do not mean at
the end of a computer.

I also know that you feel that you are Sovereign over your
own body and consciousness, and do not need or want
other people to tell you what to do. Therefore I have not,
but I *have* given you the information you need to be
aware that (a) you are not alone and (b) that your health
is a direct consequence of your current mind-state,
and that they are not a one-way system but two-way.
beyond that it is up to you, as it always was and
always shall be.
