use cheat spell, press alt+Z, look for the closest marker, use cheat spell(you don't need runes for it), inside the console type"player.(you can use name of any entity if you wat it teleported) teleport target(best is to use name of the closest marker)"

you can also just cast stair symbol 3 times to turn on noclip
