Don't hijack someone else's thread. Start a new thread in a related
newsgroup. Firefox to where you attempted to redirect replies (instead
of to the Windows newsgroups) is not relevant to your inquiry. Start a
new thread (and keep it there!) in a newsgroup for the OS you intend to
use, or in a hardware newsgroup.

Since you specify no criteria on what you will run or how you will use
your new build, no one can tell you if it is a poor, sufficient, or
excessive build. You need to establish your criteria, and then you'll
already have the means to judge if your proposed build is bad, mediocre,
or excellent, and perhaps for how long it will remain so. If you're
just going to use a text editor, your proposed build is extremely
excessive. If you're going to do video editing or generate animated
movies, your build is woefully underpowered.

For example, why are you considering an AMD CPU that is 2 series back in
the Zen series for a new build (i.e., Zen 2 instead of Zen 4)? Are you
designing a build that will be replaced in 3 years, or less, or last for
8 years, or more? If budget is a restraining factor, why not upgrade
your old build instead of spending on a middling new build?

By the way, use of FollowUp-To is rude. I restored the original set of
newsgroups in the Newsgroups header in my reply despite your inquiry is
off-topic to the Firefox newsgroup.

Cross-posting to more than 3 newsgroups is excessive. I keep all
newsgroups for this reply, but will trim if I participate later.

It's a 23-25W video card.

It might be borderline out-of-support.

The 5600G has graphics in it.

Maybe the OP is looking for a DVI connector or something.

I had a DP-to-DVI cable for my ancient monitor to work with my CPU's
video, when I first built this machine. I even have a DVI port as a
second output on my GT 1030, which I use to reach my TV as a second
(720p) screen. A GT 730, with an analog output even, is an odd match
for a 2 TB NVMe drive.

If the idea was, it was going to be a video decoder for some purpose,
you have to watch which card you're buying, because they're not all
created equal.

There is a $200 AMD card, where it had the video decoding block removed,
so half the reason for having it, was gone.

the GT1030 doesn't have NVENC and NVDEC (the 1050 has one instance, the 1080
has two instances and so on, for the marketing man). And the GT 730 is a low enough power
card, I can see why they might not want those to be enabled. They (video blocks)
draw around 60W, when running flat out. I don't even know if the GT 730
qualifies for the GPU readout in Task Manager. I don't think my HD6450
qualifies for that (that's a 13 watt card, and the driver is likely
too old to make Task Manager display stats for it).

The 5600G should have at least some of these functions covered.
It uses some of the system RAM though.

The video card I put in this machine, it has a fan, and it wasn't
particularly intended as a low power card, but most of the time,
the fan does not spin. I had to run Furmark on it, just to make
sure the fan was functional. Most normal tasks, won't get the fan
spinning. And you can watch the power numbers using GPU-Z, even though
some cards, their metrology is suspect. (It does not really draw
32 watts at idle.) The fan just seems to be "On" or "Off",
no fancy speed control.

[Picture] Not much to see, but it shows GPU-Z charting test progress
It took forever for the fan to come on.

The PC shop guy told me that Notepad will run faster on new machine so I
decided to build my own. Also, he told me that Facebook, twitter and
other social sites runs better on new systems. I also like watching porn
videos and so a bigger hard disk is better for storing all those videos.
You can get really hard dick with bigger hard disks.

Without followup-to you can't post to these newsgroups. They are
rejected by the news-server.
