I can't enter SystemData folder, even if I am administrator

any suggestion?

It's normal to have permission (not even read permission) on that
folder, why do you think you need to look there?

I daresay you could use "tricks" to run it such as TrustedInstaller or
with "highest pivileges" under TaskScheduler ...

If you're looking for the spotlight pictures on the lock and login screen, then they are in
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets folder.
I have a batch file that cd's to that folder and does a
copy /Y *.* "C:\Users\<user>\Pictures\Spotlight\*.jpg"

The pictures have no extension and the copy command above just renames them.

A Macrium Backup, and then use the MRIMG mount option,
it can smash permissions for easy access to folders.

My screen thing in W11 is damaged, and that's why the folder
contents are not "rich" like yours :-)
