I was jumping around between aioe.org and eternal-september when I deleted
the eternal september connection and went back to aioe.org my subscribed
groups folder was empty. Is this a reader ishue or a server ishue? I can
still find the groups and post and read to them but I found this a little
weird.

It is likely an issue with you reader. Please specify which reader you
use in what version.

The different servers use different article numbers for the
postings. That could be the cause for the behaviour.

I think, he uses Pan/0.151. See header field "User-Agent".
