Yeah, true, but not exactly new information. Windows Update will handle
most users' upgrades, or one can make a USB or DVD installer, with Media
Creation Tool, to do a fresh installation. I did a fresh installation
of Win11 22H2, in December, the second from-scratch install on this box,
previously Win10 had been upgraded in place to Win11 21H2.
