W10 pro 22H2

Why is Python and Phthon3 Erroring out in Cobian Reflector?
Are these some kind of Windows temporary update(s)?

That's not really Python.

It was apparently a download helper that downloads a same-named file.
Something or someone may have modified the folder already for you,
so the machine does not fall into this hole. Purely a guess.

Normally, you cannot get into WindowsApps :-) Like GroundHog Day,
all these computer problems end the same way. Brick Wall.

Makes sense. Thank you for the double check. I just put
both of them into the exclusion mask
