It's no accident. The motorcyle operator was deliberately riding in a
reckless manner. He should pay the same price as the victim. Kill him.

ST. LOUIS A man was walking in St. Louis's Mt. Pleasant neighborhood
Friday night when he was struck by a motorcycle.

According to a written release from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police
Department, the driver and the pedestrian were both taken to the hospital,
where the pedestrian died. The motorcyclist was last reported to be in
serious condition.

"[The motorcycle driver] was traveling south on South Broadway in the
bicycle lane, while on the rear wheel of the motorcycle with the front
wheel raised in the air, commonly referred to as performing a wheely," the
report said. " The pedestrian was entering the street to cross between two
parked vehicles, when [the motorcycle driver] struck the pedestrian with
his motorcycle."

The crash happened minutes before 2:30 a.m. in the 4700 block of South
Broadway, the portion of the roadway south of Itaska Street and north of
River Bluff Place.

The police report said the fatal crash was an accident. SLMPD's Accident
Reconstruction team has been assigned to the case.
