If a restaurant wants to be closed, it can be closed. So long as
all associated fees and taxes are paid, it shouldn't matter. And it's
not as if the PTB didn't know Chick-Fil-A's position on operating on
Sunday when they rented out the space.
I wonder what the TRUE motivation is.

The obituaries in New York are filled with people who starved to death
on their freeways because Chick-Fil-A was closed.
