I think, but admit I cannot KNOW, Jenny is finding my exposing
his lies annoying. It's probable that in his life people have accepted
he cannot be honest, unless he makes a mistake, and let him lie all

They WOULD have been price gouging. Everyone TOLD them they were price
gouging. That's why they stopped it before they started.

No one misunderstood. Surge pricing's definition is established.
The article Klaus linked to gave a great example of it.
But, since you claim Wendy's corrected this misunderstanding,
there would be no reason for the company to drop the idea.
So, which of the two is the lie? There is no possible way for
both of your claims to be true. Both can be lies. One MUST be.
