As a dwarf I have a carrying capacity of 1100. I also wear gauntlets
of power, but they don't contribute further to my carrying capacity.
I'm burdened (as so often) but not yet at 'stressed' level.

A djinn provided me with the amulet of flying. I put it on and I'm
getting 'stressed'. (My carrying capacity is still at 1100, though).
My observation from other variants was that flying can increase the
carrying capacity but not that it will worsen the encumbrance state.

Is that a bug or a change?
