As I understand it, if you see someone in London wearing a kilt you
think he's Scottish; if you see someone in Edinburgh wearing a kilt you
think he's from the Highlands; if you see someone in the Highlands
wearing a kilt you know he's American. No doubt our honourable members
from Scotland can comment on the truth of that.

Are Scottish Jimmy hats a real thing in Scotland or is that merely Bubba Murakin cosplay?
