What the dems are doing is going to come back and haunt them someday.
It's the same thing they did to a great man, Gen. Flynn. They throw a
whole bunch of shit against the wall in courts in completely democrat
majorities, and break the accused financially trying to defend
themselves, and scare them into thinking there is no way out.

Of course a party who believes the election was stolen gathers a set of
electors for their side. It has been done before, for example the 1960
election of Nixon and Kennedy. What they do now is claim in court that
there is no dispute Biden won the election. Courts refuse to hear
challenges claiming lack of standing most often. Or like in Az., where
there was clearly evidence of fraud, they just rule against them, often
changing the rules from what is existing state law. Fighting the
democrats in the system is extremely expensive and difficult. Marc
Elias runs around the country spending Soros money suing anyone who
represented Trump in anything, and even though they usually get thrown
out, it puts fear in an attorney knowing most of the arenas are full of
democrat activist judges. They did the same thing to Sydney Powell and
John Eastman. It's disgusting, but that's the way Democrats roll.

Article II of the constitution clearly gives the state legislatures the
role of deciding electors in presidential elections. Not a board of
electors, a Sec. of State, a Governor, or even a judge in some court.
The state legislators get that right. If you win an appeal, yet have no
electors, you're fucked.

It doesn't matter anymore to me what happened in the 2020 election,
other than to know you have to fight back. Democrats are setting a lot
of precedent now on things they routinely do, and they're not gonna like
it when Trump is back in the Oval Office and plays using their rules.

I'm done thinking the right shouldn't act like the left. Screw 'em, and
make them pay for what they are doing to the country. Those democrats
in elected office are a bunch of crooked Marxists. People like Frank,
are just stupid partisans who are too dumb to know what they are doing.
That's a shame.
