In my notDNethack game I got a "program in disorder" situation...

I was on a level that I think is "The Dispensary". (I think it is
the place where "Illurien of the Myriad Glimpses" has its lair.)
I was wielding that weapon that inflicts push-backs, "the blessed
rustproof +6 Rod of the Ram (weapon in hand)".

The iron piercer is thrown by your blow!
