Dipping into unholy water. To get the unholy water dip clear
potions into fountains to eventually have got them cursed.
Have the items identified and in a stackable BUC-state, and
also the clear potions so that you don't miss the cursing,
since there's no message.

Another way is reading a blessed scroll of remove curse while
confused. That way items in inventory change the BUC-state
randomly (blessed, uncursed, cursed). Drop everything that
you don't want to be affected by that process before you read
the scroll.

Some other ways exist but have undesired side effects. AFAICT.

No. There's a high chance that the cursed wand will explode.

BTW; in Slashem there's in addition a wand of create horde.
