This is not how Pho is normally made. It's something simpler but hey,
local prices show 17cents a cup! 8 servings

1 Pho cube (large cube of 1 1/4 in by same and 1/2 in thick)
2 quarts water
1/2lb meaty pork ribs
8oz Great Northern dried beans

Add all to the crockpot and set to medium (or low if no medium). This
one takes a while to meld but good at 20 hours and better at 24. Will
hold on warm for a long time.
