Here's a few pix of something I made this evening. It's chicken wings
brined in water, salt, MSG and Disodium inosinate/guanylate. Then they
were naked fried in high oleic sunflower oil. The sauce was made with
freshly grated ginger, fresh squeezed OJ, honey, salt and corn starch to
thicken.
