You read that right. Not just any olive oil.

My granddaughter went to a store that has a variety of flavor infused
olive oils and such. She bought me two items. One is a blood orange
infused EVOO. The other item is a dark chocolate balsamic vinegar.

You can mix the two together too but at the store she had the ice cream
so I tried it tonight. Vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of the OO and a
sprinkle of kosher salt.

Not a treat to have every night but is was really good on tomatoes too.

The dark chocolate balsamic is more of a sweet treat. I had it with
some peanut butter on a cracker, and I also had it on a cracker with
peanut butter and strawberry preserves. That was really good and will
repeat for an afternoon snack with a cup of tea.

1 + 1 = 3, for large values of 1.
