I did that years ago, but I don't mess with many low carb imitations. I
did buy the low carb flour tortillas, but flour tortillas aren't that
appealing anyway. I do imagine that there will be more crispy browned
cheese in the near future though, because I finally got the toaster oven
that my son brought back cleaned enough to use. He and his psycho
housemate used the thing constantly, and never cleaned it.
