I found a random wand of wishing at Medusa's level (might have been a
death-drop). I identified it as a "corroded wand of wishing (1:0)".
It cannot be recharged, it cannot be wrested for "the last wish", etc.
What's the point of generating a useless wand? - Or is there some use?
