Yes, there is some evidence that heart attacks are more common on Mondays.

Studies have shown a slight increase, around 13%, in the likelihood of having a heart attack on Mondays compared to other days of the week.

This phenomenon is sometimes called "Blue Monday" [Why are serious heart attacks more likely on a Monday? - BHF].

The reasons behind this are not entirely clear, but some theories suggest it might be linked to ................stress?

hating going back to work ?
