How to Install Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 on Intel and AMD Computers
Snow Leopard is the seventh major release of Mac OS X, Apple's desktop and server operating system. It was released in August 2009 and introduced many improvements and refinements to the user interface, performance, security, and compatibility of Mac OS X. However, Snow Leopard is not officially supported by Apple on non-Apple hardware, such as Intel and AMD PCs.

Fortunately, there are some unofficial methods to install Snow Leopard on Intel and AMD computers, using a modified version of the operating system called Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard. This distribution includes the retail image of Snow Leopard 10.6 with 10.6.1 and 10.6.2 updates, as well as various drivers and patches to make it compatible with most modern hardware for Intel and AMD.

In this article, we will show you how to install Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard on your PC, using a DVD or a USB drive. Before you begin, make sure you have the following requirements:

A PC with an Intel or AMD processor that supports SSE2 and SSE3 instructions.
At least 512 MB of RAM.
A graphics card with at least 128 MB of memory.
A DVD drive or a USB drive with at least 8 GB of space.
A blank DVD or a USB flash drive to burn the Snow Leopard image.
A backup of your important data on another drive or partition.

Disclaimer: Installing Snow Leopard on a non-Apple computer may violate Apple's end-user license agreement (EULA) and may not work properly or at all. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of following this guide. Proceed at your own risk.

Step 1: Download Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard
The first step is to download the Snow Leopard image file from a torrent site or a file hosting service. The file name is Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_SSE2_SSE3_Intel_AMD_by_Hazard.iso and its size is about 4.5 GB.[^1^] You can use any torrent client or download manager to download the file.

Step 2: Burn Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard to a DVD or a USB drive
The next step is to burn the Snow Leopard image file to a blank DVD or a USB flash drive, using a software that can create bootable media from ISO files, such as PowerISO or ImgBurn.[^1^] If you are using a DVD, insert it into your DVD drive and select it as the destination in the burning software. If you are using a USB drive, plug it into your computer and format it as FAT32 in Windows Explorer before burning the image file to it.

After burning the image file to your DVD or USB drive, you should have a bootable Snow Leopard installer that you can use to install the operating system on your PC.

Step 3: Configure your BIOS settings
Before you can boot from the Snow Leopard installer, you need to configure some settings in your BIOS (Basic Input/Output System), which is the firmware that controls the hardware of your PC.

To access your BIOS, restart your computer and press the key that corresponds to your BIOS setup menu, such as F2, F10, F12, Del, or Esc.[^1^] The key may vary depending on your motherboard model and manufacturer.

Once you are in your BIOS setup menu, look for the following options and change them accordingly:

AHCI Mode: Enabled
ACPI HPET Table
