Hello All.

These families are all Anglo-Norman, with a cousin line from the Norman held territories in Southern Italy and then backwards in time to the Middle East. Some are more prominent than others. We are searching for Y-DNA testers willing to join our project who carry these surnames to better understand their lineage. R1a-YP4141 is a very rare branch of Y-DNA.
One of the Scottish lines has several members that carry the Beckett surname providing circumstantial evidence to link to Thomas Beckett as a descendant of this branch as well.
