I have noted a Wiki tree that seems to point to a conversation in this format which includes the Widow of Roger De Bodrugan 1245-1277 marrying Henry De Pomerai. 1235-1281.

The father is said to be Simon De Pyne.

I recently came across House of Pomerai, Annals of the Family. The Pedigree in that book Iseult De Bathonia, who then remarried William De Aubermarle.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject. Thanks.

I had a 2nd look at Iseult De Bathonia being both Mother of Joan Pomerai and being mother of Geoffrey de Albermarle, son of William De Abermarle, and then marrying, I think this cannot be, and I am thinking that Iseult de Pyne mother of Joan De Pomerai could actually be true. There is more to this than meets the eye. I have more research materials but inaccessible to me in my current location. Will get back to this.

There is a scanned book about the Pomerai family on Ancestry.com which seems well researched for this period.

Yes I have read it in great detail. Unfortunately, they have a mistake on Isabel. They have her 2nd husband< and then there is a son of that 2nd husband who apparently marries the daughter of her first marriage. Bad mistake. Can't be. You don't notice it unless you look at the next generation. Someone before in a group on rootsweb had suggested that the first Isolda was actually De Pyne, and not De Bathonia, and that Isabel Bathonia did in fact marry her daughter's husband's father. But it was put out on the rootsweb that disappeared, thanks to Ancestry shortsightedness. Some things got transferred over but there just wasn't enough time, and some of the people who posted may not even be aware that their work was destroyed.
