The place to start for this immigrant's origin is a note by Andrew Clark, "Quarles of Essex and New England," in _The Essex [England] Review_ for April 1913 (i.e., vol. 22):

The county histories record that Sir Robert Quarles, elder brother of Francis Quarles [poet] of the _Emblems_ (1635) (_E.R._ viii., I), owned Stewards in Romford parish, Essex, and married (for his third wife) Mary Parrys, of London. The deeds of the Dr. Gauden Trustees of Bocking carry the history of this family across the Atlantic. In 1656 Dame Mary Quarles, widow, of Romford, bought a farmhouse called Langlands, in Great Leighs, still extant and bearing the old name, and six attached acres. In 1667 the property was sold to John Symonds, of Gunces, in Great Yeldham parish, by William Quarles, of Ipswich in New England, who had inherited it from his late father William, son of Dame Mary. The seal used by this William Quarles, shows a chevron between three crosslets (or crosslets fitchee).----ANDREW CLARK, LL.D.

https://www.google.com/books/edition/The_Essex_Review/Bv4bAQAAIAAJ?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=%22dame+mary+quarles%22&pg=RA1-PA98&printsec=frontcover

Dame Mary's birth name was actually Parvis or Parvish, not Parrys.

Dame Mary gave her consent to the 1642 marriage of her son William, father of the William who sold in 1667:

[1642.] Nov. 11 William Quarles, Gent., of Stifford, Essex, Bachelor, 22, father dead, with consent of his mother Lady Mary Quarles, Widow, & Anne Varnon, of St Mary, Islington, Widow, 28; at St Mary, Islington, or St James, Clerkenwell.

The marriage was recorded at St. James, Clerkenwell, on 14 Nov. 1642 as between "Will'm Quarles & Anne Varnon."

https://www.google.com/books/edition/A_True_Register_of_All_the_Christeninges/Vws4AQAAMAAJ?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=quarles+%26+anne+varnon%22&pg=PA75&printsec=frontcover

There is a P.C.C. will for John "Vernon," innholder of Islington in early November 1642. He might be the former husband of Anne "Varnon."

HOP has this Sir Robert Quarles, I've just transposed a few things into his Wikipedia page from there.

https://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1604-1629/member/quarles-sir-robert-1581-1639

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Quarles

In particular HOP states that this third wife Mary, he married in 1617.

This Parvish family has a bit of interest in that

https://robedwards.typepad.com/shakespeare_in_italy/2007/03/shakespeare_in_..html

https://www.google.com/books/edition/Old_Cottage_and_Domestic_Architecture_in/-7JCAQAAMAAJ?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=Henry+Parvish,+Haberdasher&pg=PA55-IA63&printsec=frontcover

In fact Parvish is mentioned in several passages, not just these two examples

Two of the children of Henry Parvish can be identified in the baptisms of St Mary le Bow and St Pancras Soper Lane

Anne bapt 12 Apr 1588 and
Ellyn bapt 27 May 1589

This Anne married thirdly, as his second wife to John /Dryden/ of Canons Ashby; Knt and 2nd Bnt

This marriage took place between 1605 and 1632, the years of John's first and third marriage, but I can't find the record of when
