We have received an image from a customer, which is a Siemens JPEG2000 image, that can't be read in our application. We use OpenJPEG for JPEG2000. The header of the frame does not look like a valid JPEG2000 header, has anyone seen this before?
These are the first 50 bytes:

It seems to start with a valid marker ...

Offset 0x0000 Marker 0xff4f SOC Start of codestream
Offset 0x0002 Marker 0xff51 SIZ Image and tile size length variable 0x29
Offset 0x002d Marker 0xff64 COM Comment (JPEG 2000) length variable 0x17
Offset 0x0046 Marker 0xff52 COD Coding style default length variable 0x0c Error - couldn't read variable length parameter sequence

Have you tried it with Kakadu?

Sorry, actually the image / JPEG2000 stream was correct - it was encoded into multiple fragments. Very strange as it is a MR series of image size 320x320 some of which were encoded in 1, 2, 3 or 4 fragments...
